SUPPLIER DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM (SDP)
We can help you develop one, or if you have one, help analyze and improve it. This program consists of developing a process for initial evaluation of potential suppliers, selection, and continuous monitoring. This may be escalated to a supplier certification program. We can also carry out some of the activities on your behalf, such as conducting audits, managing any corrective actions, and assisting your suppliers and sub-suppliers with their own continuous improvement program. You will find our auditor training to be a nice complement to the SDP.
