QIA Role
We can help you improve your current business processes using six-sigma methodology, and our own methodology. We provide the full range of six sigma training and certifications: master black belt, black belt and green belt. We have developed a very cost effective six-sigma program for small, medium and large organizations.

QIA offer comprehensive training and consulting to implement six sigma programs. We customize training programs based on organizational needs. Also, we offer both in-house and remote location training.

1. Training

QIA has standardized different levels of six sigma training. Also, we offer customized training to meet each client’s specific needs. Several of our training program curricula follow:

• An executive review of Six Sigma Program
• Six Sigma Leader/Champions
• Master Black Belt
• Black Belt
• Green Belt

An Executive Review of the Six Sigma Program:
This is a one to two day interactive hands-on training designed for executives (President, VP, Directors, Managers, etc.). This course is designed to provide understanding of the six sigma concept, methodology, benefits, roles & responsibilities, and implementation road map.

Six Sigma Leader/Champions:
This 3 day interactive hands-on training is designed to make the Six Sigma leader/champion a leader in the overall Six Sigma program. The Six Sigma leader/champion is responsible for coordinating a business roadmap to achieve Six Sigma. They select projects, execute control, and alleviate roadblocks for the Six Sigma projects in his or her area of responsibility.

Master Black Belt (MBB):
MBB certification receives intensive training in quantitative and qualitative analytical skills after successful completion of BB program. Normally, it takes at least one year to complete the program. After the certification the MBB should be able to lead overall Six Sigma programs for the entire organization.

Black Belt (BB):
This three to four weeks interactive hands-on training is designed to make the black belt a team leader and implement six sigma methodology and tools to impact the results of major improvement projects. Also, this course prepares the BB to coach and mentor green belts and other organizational strategy for improvements.

Green Belt (GB):
This one week interactive hands-on training is designed to make the green belt a team leader and implement six sigma methodology and tools to impact the results of improvement projects. Green Belts normally concentrate on short and long run projects within their own departments.
